Participants receive personalized mentorship from community leaders and steering committee members. This support helps fellows navigate their professional journeys and ensures that they achieve their personal and career goals.

Paid Internship Experience
The FYF offers paid internships as part-time Councillor Aides, allowing fellows to gain practical experience in local governance. They will work 12 hours per week over a 12-week placement, matched according to their skills and interests.
